How does the process work?

Initial Contact
We will arrange an appointment by phone or message and briefly discuss the basic details of your property.

On-site Inspection
During the site visit, I record the dimensions, main structural elements, and data required for the certificate. This takes 30-60 minutes depending on the property size.
The official energy performance certificate is then prepared based on the survey.

Certification Preparation
I upload the final certificate to the national building registry and send it to you electronically, ready for property sale or rental.
Uploading and Delivery

As a result, your property receives an energy rating (e.g., A+, B, or C) showing its efficiency.The rating is determined by the building's structure, windows, mechanical systems, and calculated energy demand.
